Healios wanted to increase clinical sessions per clinician per week from 4 to 6, but were unable to do this due to inefficient clinical admin tasks slowing things down.

Translating biomarker research into clinical UI concepts.
Neurodevelopmental assessments are expensive and take a long time. Early stage research into biomarkers provides hope that understanding these markers could make full assessment redundant. Testing this research at Healios was a unique opportunity.

Grow the ZAVA app addressable market from 10% to 95% of the German market.
ZAVA needed to expand the booking flow for their GP video consultation app in Germany. Enabling statutory health insured (SHI) bookings would increase the addressable market by ~85%, but added considerable complexity to the flow.
